Terrible experience at this studio. I was denied entry to my very first trial class simply because I arrived 10 minutes early instead of arriving 15 minutes early. Please note that on this day, the road to the studio was completely blocked off, cars were not allowed to pass through, forcing me to re-route end moment but I still managed to arrive early to class. I've been training at this gym for the past 2 years now, and I can't recommend it enough. The results I've seen—both physically and mentally—have been amazing. The community here is incredibly friendly and supportive, and the trainers are top-notch. They’re always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and most importantly, ensure your form is on point to avoid injuries and maximize gains. I’ve been going to Elevate for a year now and am so happy I joined. The coaches, Griff & Dani, are super welcoming and supportive toward your fitness goals and just make working out fun. Prior to joining Elevate I was working out alone but going to Elevate has opened me up to class workouts and has also instilled more accountability for me to work out consistently . I encourage anyone to join that’s looking for a fun and enjoyable way to get FIT.
Sent message to the owner to cancel the membership at the beginning of Jan and got her reply on 01/15/2025. Officially sent all the documentation to cancel the membership but was charged again on 02/18/2025. If it regards to membership cancellation, the owner will never reply your message or email. It was a hard time for me to get communication with her. Avoid as much as possible
I have been going to this gym since COVID and every year with them has been wonderful . The owners Dani & Griff are passionate, kind and supportive to their clients. The other instructors are also very knowledgeable and nice. The gym is clean, well located with easy parking!
