RecommendedI cant recommend this place enough. I recently purchased a Peloton due to a recent diagnosis....my insurance covered it.... I starting having problems with my knee. I was told by other people whom also use Pelotons to contact a local bike shop to see if thwy could come out to help me. when I called I was nervous I was not going to be welcomed because I didnt but anything from them....But I could not be more pleased with how Chris has treated me. Brought my bike in for a simple tune-up and bar-wrap. I've been to many local bike shops in the area and while they're all fine, there seems to be something special about elevate. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, personable, and more than willing to help in anyway possible. He was willing to offer advice for the best ride possible (e.g. I could use new brakes next year) but was not pushing a hard-sell.
