Terrible experience dealing with the building management. Unresponsive, and requires approval for the smallest action. I'm being told we cannot even take suitcases inside without prior approval and scheduling. You can only contact them by email or in person, and they don't work evenings or weekends (office closes at 4 pm). I'll have to wait until Monday and take the day off work. They're too poor at communication to be this rigid in their unreasonable dictations.
The management is extremely micromanaging and makes simple situations unnecessarily complicated.
I have never heard any apartments management being so micromanaging and rigid for no reason. Bringing 2 suitcases was a fault according to them. They asked us to book moving with management. Just bringing 2 suitcases was considered moving. Unbelievable. Never recommend
