Love this place! I knew I wanted to live at an Ovation building because of their great reputation and for how well they take care of their properties. I didn’t expect it to be this great. After living here for over six months I cannot recommend elevate more. The staff are all solid rock stars. Edith and Kimberling are professional, friendly and always helpful. This place has huge rats!!!! Roaches everywhere not worth your money they charge so much rent but if you have 3 people at the pool with you they kick you out, she even said she doesn't care if they are your children you can only have 2!!!!! The girls here are NOT FRIENDLY and complain if your family comes over to vist!! Even 1 time. There are alot of nice apartments and homes around here for the price they charge you here for shifty quality apartments
Elevate is screwing over my friends who live there with the annoying fire alarms at night and sinking buildings! Do yourself a favor and find a real place for living!!!
