I had a wonderful experience at Elevate. I achieved my fitness goals, was able to practice mindfulness and sit with my emotions and detox from anti-depressants and drugs and alcohol, establishing healthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits.

Elevate Additions Services gave me new skills for handling adversity that will assist me in my everyday life. A main component of the program focused on Mindfulness - being in the present not focusing on the future or past. This practice is similar to meditating and is helpful in clearing your mind and helping you to be ready to focus on a task at hand. I would recommend this place to anyone that is struggling will alcohol or substance abuse issues. The staff are educated and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was safe, comfortable, and informed about what was going on with me, the food was amazing and the area is gorgeous. I came in broken and leaving mended and ready to face life by using the tools I received.
