I started at Elev8 July 25th, 2022. Micheal has helped me in many ways, even outside of strength training. Before I went to Micheal’s I couldn’t even squat 135 lbs because of the back pains I had. After hearing good things about Michael our son started training for soccer and tennis a year before entering high school. He has enjoyed it and it has helped him improve at both his sports. Programs are tailored to the individual and tracked on check sheets. The SquareUp scheduling system sends nice text alerts to conveniently manage our ever changing schedule around practices, games, and tournaments. After reading all the other reviews about adult programs in thinking my wife and I should think about trying it out as well.

If you are looking for a personal trainer or strength conditioning coach Mike is the perfect person! He is amazing to work with in every aspect and took my son to his goal within months instead of years! Mike truly cares for the kids and people he works with, my son absolutely loves going to training and speaks very highly of Mike and his programs!
