Arnold is the absolute best! I returned for a Swedish Massage and came out feeling refreshed. I recently received a Swedish Massage from the Four Seasons, and prefer visiting Arnold for this service - he is very thorough, professional, and truly works out all your problem areas. Elev8 Fitness and Arnold are gems - I can’t recommend him enough!

BEST DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE IN MY LIFE (and growing up as an athlete I’ve had countless). Arnold took care. I came in with pain, tightness and immobility. 90 minutes and a total body massage later and I’m feeling incredible. His level of strength allows for a wide range of pressure. I’m usually one that always asks for “deeper” during a deep tissue….that was NOT the case with Arnold. Definitely appreciate his level of detail and thoroughness. Thanks again, Arnold. Can’t wait to come back.
I’ve been going to Arnold for almost a year and can’t recommend him more! The gym is very clean, the workouts are always the best challenge, he’s motivating and I’ve loved seeing improvements towards my personal goals. The boot camps are a great way to get a taste of his training, meet others, and see the space. But personal sessions are where I’ve seen the most growth with his attention to my specific needs, abilities, and goals. Elev8 Fitness is a spotless gym with excellent personal training. Arnold, the new owner, takes a genuine interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. He offers weekly bootcamps to get you in the groove and they make you want train more. During one-on-one training sessions, he knows how to motivate you and offers great support and encouragement. The workouts may be tough at times but are rewarding and produce amazing results quickly. I highly recommend this place!
