Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the temperature in the office acceptable to you? Perfect Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect.

No, they were very calm and understanding Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! They were not overbooked ever when I visited them; however, they do not seem to care about calling you back and following up with you about future appointments to ensure your dental health. That part is totally left up to you. You book your appointment, they treat you, you call back when you are ready to return. No follow up at all. Customer service is the minimum, no more, no less, but not rude. I wonder sometimes about the assistants..they seem nervous..

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Yes, I was very disappointed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
