Very good movers – After receiving three estimates Elephant's was much lower than one and a little higher than the other. However the estimator, whom I later discovered was the owner, pointed out potential problems and how his company would take special precautions to ensure everything was safely moved. A Very Good Mover – Elephant Movers moved our home on a rainy day recently. I had to be out that day and I was worried they might refuse to work in such terrible conditions but they came over as planned and did a great job. All my furniture was covered with plastic wrapping and arrived completely dry. The men did not complain and were pleasant all through the move.
The best we've had – This was our third move in LA and Elephant was better than our previous movers by a large margin. Prior to our move we visited their office on Venice Blvd. near the Helms Bakery complex of furniture stores and took advantage of their box refund policy (full refund of the purchase price of 50 boxes). Horrible movers! I tried them for my last move and they were terrible. The broke lots of stuff and tons of scratches, dings (smashed my computer, lamps, etc). They forgot a bunch of stuff and then had to load things into my car because they said the truck was already loaded and they didn't want to repack everything to fit the stuff they forgot to load. From June through August we experienced an attack by our competitors. Twenty false reviews were posted, most of them on Google. If this reviewer actually was a customer we ask she identify herself so we may examine her move and determine if any compensation is due. At the present no claim for the damage described was ever submitted.
Highly Recommend Movers. from someone who has moved 3 times in the last 4 yrs. – These guys helped me move in October. They were excellent, efficient, friendly and professional. I had to move a bigscreen tv and they didn't charge me extra for the packing or the difficulty of the move. They even moved faster than I thought. I highly recommend these guys to anyone moving in the LA area. I only wish I knew about them 2 moves ago.

Great movers with great customer service – My wife and I recently moved locally in Los Angeles and Elephant Movers was about the only thing that went right. These guys are professional, courteous and offer great customer service - the best part is there are NO hidden fees and the rate was very good. In addition, they offer a refund service on boxes you buy from them! Highly recommended!
