Lousy Service – We went in and requested a table for six. We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Another group of 6 came in for only 5 to 10 minutes. They activated both our pagers. I handed in my pager and waited to be seated. The other group then handed in their pager. The waitress went and sit them before us. The hostess then admitted that she made a mistake and put us in a table for 4 and claim this size table can accommodate 6 people. Not as great... – I went there last night for a graduation get together with my sister. We were suppose to be seated at 830 and waited an hour to be seated. It took another 30 minutes to get our food and drinks. When we got our food we didn't even have the silverware on the table. We were bounced between 2 waiters which were pleasantly nice. Neat place! – My boyfriend took me to Elephant Bar on a date recently, and we had a great time there. We loved the theme and especially the look of the bar. Our server was friendly, even joked with us a little (which I love, being a server myself). The food came quickly, and my pork chops were fantastic. Definately Agree With 'highenergy' – Went on Oct 15, '05. The service was so bad that I contacted EB online with my complaint. I was promised via an email that someone from the 'CEO's' office would be contacting me promptly about it. Yeah, RIGHT! After that initial email and as of this date Oct 26, '05 I have yet to be contacted. I even sent a subsequent email, and still have not been contacted. not that great – Dinniing room is extremely full of caos(sp) no real organization,,,was extemely disaaponted, both times we gave it a 2nd try knowing they were new, but after 10months they should of got it right...staff to slow..... but the bar is good, great service,,, but dose smell like old or stall or spelled alcohal...
Service needs a liitle work – The food is definitely over priced and the service is sloooow. I went to this location twice on both occasions the service was bad. The food was hot but the server forgot about us TWICE. The only time the server returned quickly was to see if we put a credit card in the check presenter. The best service is at the bar...I guess it's becaiuse they cant go hide and eat food in the back.
