Terrible service. Took over 10 minutes before someone took a drink order. The Waiter didn't even have a working pen. Had to use my daughter's crayon to write down the order. Our diner was served before the appetizer and the food was luke warm. Never will we go to this establishment again. They were not even busy. Just inept staff.
Food was good but service is horrible. They just stand there and have a group convention while customers are waiting. Maybe save the convo to the break room.
Horrible service, took over 10 mins to get menus and over 10 mins to get drinks that never came. It's freezing in here and it's 40 degrees outside.
Food pictures look better than the actual food. 2nd time there and disappointed again. DONE and won't be back.
Terrible food and service. Took over 5 minutes just to get drinks, another server gave away my food and some of the food smelled and tasted horrible.
