Tried to call, to make an appointment as a new patient, and was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. She may have great reviews but no doctor is worth waiting on hold for such a ridiculous amount of time.
I was hoping to keep all of my Dr’s with health first so they could all correspond in same system. But upset I transferred to Elena Barnes. Waste of my time. She disregarded and put down other dr’s opinions and said my symptoms are Fibromyalgia when I have never heard that from any of the Rheumatologist I’ve seen. Told me there isn’t a neurologist in area so I would just need pain management. she didn’t listen to my test results from other tests and discredited my symptoms. She was rude in inconsiderate. I found Dr. Barnes to be extremely prepared, professional and very, very personable, I would highly recommend this doctor and office. It was my first visit. She had reviewed my entire medical record from years past, She gave a very thorough exam, took lots of time, answered all questions, I did not feel rushed in any way,
If I could give her a zero I would. It was my first visit. She was the most rude, arrogant and dismissive doctor I have ever met. I left mid visit. I do not recommend her.
