I have been a patient of Dr.Barnes for several years. She is and have been always help full. Excellent service, very patient, listens to me and provides answers to any questions/queries that I may have regarding my health. Her staff is also always responsive and prompt with follow up questions/queries.
Been on hold for an hour n 20mins. Trying to make an appointment. This is horrible service all together. I’m new to the county n finding a doctor regarding health first is the sadness thing I had to do moving here. It’s so depressing
Horrible horrible! My daughter sees this doctor. It’s been over a month before meds are approved. She refuses to drain her knees when they are the size of basketballs. No one should be forced to live like this! Stay away from this place! This place is an absolute JOKE! The hold times of over an hour are ridiculous and this doctor isn’t even worth it. Tried to call, to make an appointment as a new patient, and was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. She may have great reviews but no doctor is worth waiting on hold for such a ridiculous amount of time.
I was hoping to keep all of my Dr’s with health first so they could all correspond in same system. But upset I transferred to Elena Barnes. Waste of my time. She disregarded and put down other dr’s opinions and said my symptoms are Fibromyalgia when I have never heard that from any of the Rheumatologist I’ve seen.
