The ladies greet you as you walk in the door and they set the ambience with the aromatherapy permeating throughout the space. Very knowledgeable – Natalie really knows her stuff. I went into the spa with lots of skin issues and some discoloration. Natalie told me all about what I should be doing for my skin and why my skin was reacting the way it was. I got the green peel and my skin has been looking great. So if you have questions about what your skin needs, ask for Natalie. She is great and very helpful.
Best Deal in NY! – Made an appointment for the couples Valentine's Day Massage and truly had the best time. My partner and I were pampered the second we walked in! DON'T GO! Do yourself a favor! – The website completely misrepresents what you are getting. I made an appointment for a couples massage with a facial and the infrared sauna.... let's start with the cheezy hearts hanging from the ceiling when we walked in...clue number one. There's no locker room...no changing room for that matter. The towels are about 30 years old, and the robes they gave us after the sauna had a hilton emblem on it. Stealing from hotels??? AMAZING! – I went in for Ear Candling, as they were recommended from another site. I had never had it done. The ladies were SO NICE! And, I can hear so much more now. It is absolutely like I have a new lease on my ears! (The amount of gunk that came out of my ears was gross and a lot!)
