I have spent years at Elemi Nails &Spa. I have loved my experience with Jenny and her staff. Things started going down hill a few months ago. From uneven nails, to nails that were wayyy to thick, to a nail appointment that took over 2 hours for a fill and French manicure. Today I took my girls for a pedicure, it was so much fun!!! We had the best experience at Elemi! Bebe, Kitty, and My did our nails and they were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of from the moment we walked in. The salon itself is very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the prices are very affordable. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for treating us so wonderfully!

Their wait time is horrible. They had 5 employees and 3 of them were just sitting around and not doing anything. There were only 3 people in there wanting to get their nails done and it took an hour for them to even start doing my nails!

I've been wanting to try this salon for awhile and finally got a shellac manicure yesterday by Jenny. I absolutely love it . She does exactly as requested, very friendly, a clean salon with calm atmosphere. I've definitely found my new place for pampering !! Thank you Jenny, I'll see you again!!!
