I watched this estate grow for over 4 years. I was attracted to this site for its proximity to the CBD, the proposed schiool, the wet lands , bike paths and parks. Plaqued with delays to.deliver titles on time we were put off as we couldn't plan. The delays taken to deliver the wet lands on time. The cheap parks offered that look like they were just an after thought, the missing bike paths in certain release areas and tge lack of maintenance around the estate with dumped rubbish and not maintained pathways is really disappoi... read more
