I came in to get a trim from Rhonda and she completely botched my hair. I came in with high expectations and they were not met. She left my hair in a bad way, my style completely gone. I had long hair and she cut all my hair off, I did not want that.. I am embarrassed and humiliated and I regret Rhonda cutting my hair. No attempts were made to help
