I been living here for a few year's and it was fine..now it's just hell the ladies that work in the office are rude can't ask them questions cause they get attitudes like they don't like there job's..i complained a few time's about the smell of weed coming in my apt it's not just some day's it's everyday that it smells like that not only my apt smells like that a few other people said they are having that problem as well..until this day nothing has been done to get this problem fixed..the smell is disgusting and makes my hea... read more
Management is exceptional! The staff in the office is responsive, caring, efficient, vigilant and easy to deal with. Maintenance is responsive, fast and thorough. The complex is quiet, friendly and neighborly and the grounds and amenities are clean and well maintained. The doggie dna matching definitely helps to keep the poop problem to a minimum! The pricing and apartments themselves are comparable to others in the area but the experience is what makes this place stand out. I highly recommend The Elements of Belle Rive!
We haven't had a working furnace in over a week. It's supposed to get below freezing this weekend and we are still waiting on when we will get a replacement furnace. I've made over a dozen calls, 2 online service requests, and left a VM on the emergency maintenance phone line. We're still waiting. Guess it's going to be a cold weekend for my family.
