RecommendedApartments have plenty of room and storage. The garage is great to keep your car out of the elements and also to keep you surf boards or bikes in. The dog park is by far the best I have seen at a complex. Lights are available during the evening when it gets darker and it is always clean.

I moved here "temporarily" in April 2000 and never left. I love it here! The grounds and buildings are attractive, the staff is the best, maintenance is done promptly, the location can't be beat for access to shopping and interstate access.
This place is disgusting and the staff is so rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here!
If you’re considering moving here, please reassess your options. So to start off, I’d like to say there was definitely some good things about living here but that the end the negative outweighed the positives. I just left the apartment complex after living there almost two years with my roommate. We had dealt with air conditioning issues throughout our time living there. Management is exceptional! The staff in the office is responsive, caring, efficient, vigilant and easy to deal with. Maintenance is responsive, fast and thorough. The complex is quiet, friendly and neighborly and the grounds and amenities are clean and well maintained. The doggie dna matching definitely helps to keep the poop problem to a minimum! The pricing and apartments themselves are comparable to others in the area but the experience is what makes this place stand out. I highly recommend The Elements of Belle Rive!
I love the trees! It is a friendly community. I have been here 22 years (since 1997).
