Berta does an amazing massage!
Today I had a very Bad experience with Therapist Bertha she didn’t know how to do her job she kept on Babbling about how experienced she was not at all concentrating on doing the message properly usually we come for massages for relaxation but I am sorry to say that lady was very incompetent
I had a horrible massage that left me with painful muscles, discomfort for days. I told them and they offered a free massage. I told them I don’t want any additional services from this business given how I was harmed and don’t feel I can trust anyone under this company. They refused to refund 2 pre-paid massages. I think a company should stand on quality and ethics rather than a gotcha type ‘membership”. I do not recommend this business or model for something dealing with the body.
