I cancelled my membership last year I was very clear the first time I had to cancel NOT suspend. 3 months after charged again! I called complained 2nd round of paperwork they said they didn’t get it. Called again today 10 months after the first request. Again they say I need to fill out paperwork and they would email it and again no email no paperwork. That is $890 and last time I received a massage was February 2024
Love the membership and Rachel is the best! She knows her stuff, works out all the areas I need and every massage I’ve had with her has been outstanding! I can’t rave about her enough! Highly recommend:)
