Alicia is the therapist I use in the Ridgefield location. She is so incredibly skilled at medical massages that I would not go anywhere else. Her skill level is unique and incredibly rare. I see her once a week. Also she is an amazing person - kind, thoughtful and caring. She is part of my health team along with my doctors and personal trainer. I really can’t say enough about her - I consider myself so lucky I found her.

She possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge, an exceptional intuitive understanding of the body's tissues, and a remarkable ability to identify the root cause of muscular tension and pain. The value she provides through her services is truly tremendous.
I recently went to Elements Massage in Ridgefield, CT. It had been a very stressful week. As soon as I walked into Elements they welcomed me. I had a facial with Courtney. She was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing. Her voice and her hands were magical. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed my facial. I have not been this calm in a long time. I would recommend everyone to try Elements for a special day.
