I went for massages with Ruici about four or five times, and she’s truly an amazing therapist. I always had great experiences with her, which is why I kept going back. However, during my last visit in Spring 2024, she scratched my scalp far too intensely for about five minutes. It was so rough that it actually broke the skin and caused a small amount of bleeding. scheduled an appointment and when i got there they told me somebody called in and canceled my appointment which sounds like a mess up on their side. they didnt offer any offer than “we are happy to reschedule you”
