The experience was so amazing.
My experience was exactly like the most recent negative review posted by Ashwini. It may even be the same exact masseuse down to the use of elbows, language barrier and way too much product on my skin. I booked a deep tissue and she made it a light pressure Swedish massage on a whim. I left feeling just as tense and achy as when I arrived. Even after going there 10 min early, they only take us in after 5min after our scheduled time and start the massage after 10 min. You should rather call it a 50 min massage session rather than 60 min session. When you are very particular about timings, you should as well adhere to the same principle. I have been visiting elements massage from few years now. When am late, your staff is very strict. When I am early, I just wait in the waiting room even after the appointment time waiting for the masseuse to take me in.
I don't usually do many reviews, but I just had one of the best massages ever. I have to give a shout out to Charles. He was kind, professional, listened to my concerns, and gave a stellar massage. The front desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) was very helpful and friendly. Will be going back absolutely.
