Booked an appointment for my wife and I, but they ended up giving up one of our appointments to their favored client. When their manager Rebecca called, there was no empathy during the call especially when we had planned an evening together with a baby sitter etc. They kept offering another slot for my wife but not once offered or agreed to talk to the other clients to accommodate us together. The manager simply didn't care. Very frustrating experience.
0/10 recommend. They cancel on you 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment than cannot get you in for 2+ weeks. Got a massage there once and it was not great for the price tag. Pick another spa.

The online reviews for this business do not reflect reality. My wife had a terrible experience during her one-hour session, which felt completely torture. There was zero regard for customer satisfaction. This behavior is highly unethical and completely unprofessional.
