I visited them once, and they tried to overcharge. Therefore, I do not go back there anymore. However, since then, they have sent me spam emails for years, and refused to stop it. I have a cancer, yet they make me so stressed. BBB also forwarded my complaint to them, but they also refused to respond to BBB, either. Please remove my email address immediately. Otherwise, I will report your business to higher government agencies.
90 min massage cut short so much. Not worth it. He ended the massage more than 10 minutes early. It wasn't even 3:50 yet and my massage should end at 4pm. Oh well. Front desk wasn't helpful too. Would literally never come back.

I went for massages with Ruici about four or five times, and she’s truly an amazing therapist. I always had great experiences with her, which is why I kept going back. However, during my last visit in Spring 2024, she scratched my scalp far too intensely for about five minutes. It was so rough that it actually broke the skin and caused a small amount of bleeding.
