My first visit to Elements was an excellent experience. The receptionist was super friendly, the waiting area was cozy and relaxing, the room and table were clean and relaxing, and my masseuse (Lito) was fantastic. I am seriously considering joining their monthly membership after I recover from my upcoming surgery.
I have been going to Elements Massage for the last 4-5 years and the staff is why I keep going. My therapist Andre is the absolute best and has helped me through the last two years of rehabing frozen shoulder. He works with me on my wellness priorities and I always grateful when I leave. This is the best massage location. They not only fixed my back and neck issues but are incredibly affordable with a concierge approach. You can pick your massage therapist and additional add ons specific to your needs. The therapists are highly skilled and treated well by Elements which is good for customer care. They are all excellent and I highly recommend. The reception team; s fantastic too and very festive!
