I've changed my review as I'm a bit frustrated. I've been coming to this location for a long time. Normally have a great experience. Love my therapist and the front staff. Had a horrible experience recently. Emailed the owner about what had happened and my concerns. I've had absolutely no response to the email or a call, apparently she doesn't care and looks like I might need to assess my membership moving forward.
I have a membership at this massage facility. I've been going here for my monthly massages for over 3 years now. I enjoy this location, the staff, and the therapists who provide me massages each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy to book my appts each month, before. I leave. 👌
Mike has been very attentive to my needs and without his expertise I would not be able to do the work I do every day. Over the last couple of years Mike has become very aware of different areas that cause me trouble and is good at changing his focus as needed. I cannot describe the benefits of cupping that alleviates my breathing problems associated with allergies.
