I go and see Vanessa, she does a fantastic job and I would recommend seeing her. However, they lack the ability to book an appointment which is really discouraging. I booked an appointment after my last session and given an appointment card. After leaving work early to make the appointment, I arrived and they had no record of the appointment. I work under a very tight schedule and being able to deliver on time as promised is extremely important to me. I was very let down.

Easy to make an appointment, and the therapist was ready when I got there. No waiting. They even accepted an old gift certificate I had.
I went to Elements Massage in Woburn for the first time......my MT was Kendra. Kendra took the time to listen to what "I" wanted and what "MY" needs where. Kendra was GREAT!!! I had a headache for over two days from a lot of stress and by the time my massage was over, my headache was gone and I could feel the stress was gone!!!
