Called and booked an appointment for my mom and myself. Went to the appointment and they said there was no record of our appointment. Didn’t even offer to remediate the issue after I rearranged my day to have child care for my two toddlers.
Cathy has absolute magic hands. Her calming personality and knowledge of massage are always so refreshing. I come in feeling like a hot mess and leave feeling relief in my tired muscles. Cathy is sincere and kind. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is.
I had the best 90 min massage from Luis! I booked to come back to see him in Oct!
