First time here. Jared was fantastic. Perfect pressure and cadence. Ambience was nice as well.
I purchased a membership because I was excited to get massages a few times each month. The location and booking platform are great. Unfortunately, after just two visits, my credit card was charged more than I authorized both times. I consistently request a 20% tip, yet the final charges have exceeded that amount. They do not give a receipt. This lack of transparency feels like a poor business practice. I will be looking for a different spa in Woburn to get my massages.
Please change the title so there is not the word horn in the title, it misleads and could put the employees at risk
I had an excellent experience at Elements Massage from start to finish. Emma at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart — welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.
