I have going to this location since they opened. The front desk staff has always been amazing and the therapists are great.
Horrible attitude of the staff. They point blank accused me of some missing heating stones! Seriously?? How petty! Not only they said they were missing them before and from even today! The front desk said, " oh, it might be someone stealing before you went in, we don't know" That's it. No apologies, nothing. They just lost a long term client. I am member of elements massage and a well-established practicing dentist! I'm still shaken from this conversation.
