I have been a member of Elements almost 2 years now. What started off as excellent service has taken a deep dive ever since Fall of last year. I was told that they went under new management (possibly new ownership), which explains why their service has changed drastically. When I became newly pregnant, and in desperate need of a massage, I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Great service and system in place up front - wonderful people! Kris is a great therapist and an important part of my healthcare team!
Kirk is amazing. He is very thorough. I don’t have to tell him much of what my issues are. He just goes to work and finds my problem areas and takes care of them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
