ETM is Wonderfull – I have been to ETM twice already, and it was awesome. I had a hot stone massage the first time, and then an 80 min massage the second time. Both with Unique, who has helpful suggestions and really does work out those tight spots. I ended up getting a monthly membership there for $49 a month I get a 55 minute massage! Surprising good for a chain – I had a sports massage here to help relieve some IT Band issues I was having. My therapist was very professional and did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised at his ability to apply some NMT and release a knot in my back that no other therapist has been able to before or since. I have been to other chain massage locations, and the quality always seems to be sub-par. I've had better luck with students at massage schools. Worst massage in 12 years – The therapist was different than the one I had asked for. She apparently was new. I told her twice to put more pressure into it. She didn't comply. Her hands were as cold as ice. She acted as if she was afraid to touch me at all. Very poor massage. Made me wonder why she even got into massage therapy. Then the worst part was when I came out and was asked by the guy sitting at the front desk how it was and when I told him how bad it was, he asked, "would you like to leave her a tip?" Great Price, Friendly Staff – I am a member at Elements Cherry Creek and its a wonderful deal. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and the heated beds are very relaxing. The greastest part about the memerbship there is that there are no contracts and no cancellations fees. All you need to do is give 30 days notice. It's very convenient! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a great deal and a relaxing experience. Cheers!
Best massage at the best price – Last night I became a member at Elements after only my first visit. I've been searching for a great massage therapist and spa for over a year, and I'm happy to say I've finally found them! From the friendly receptionist to the warm spa beds (a MUST in my opinion), the free mint and the epsom salts, this place is all about the details. I highly recommend Faith. Excellent Massage – I had my first experience with Elelments - Cherry Creek last Sunday. I had a great massage from Ann. I continually suffer from lower back issues and get massages several times per year. I had previously traveled to a spa in Evergreen to get work done, but figured I would try something here in Denver. Ann was great! My days of driving to Evergreen are over. I will continue to visit Elements - Cherry Creek.
Great place, great price – Amy is the owner of this franchised business, and very friendly. All of the staff that I have encountered are great, they all have years of experience and are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. The member rates cannot be beat, at least not for the high level of service that you are getting. This is not a Massage Envy type of place. I've now had two massages here and am very happy about becoming a member. I would refer anyone.
wonderful massages!! – I have been to Elements in Cherry Creek three times now and recently became a member. Everyone is very friendly and kind. The lobby is a very quiet and tranquil environment which makes the whole experience positive and relaxing. Each massage therapist takes the time to ask what you would like worked on that day and any preferences that you have for the massage. I would recommend this studio to everyone!
Wonderful Staff-Great Atmosphere – I have been a member of Elements for almost a year. Everyone is very friendly and listens to what you need. I have found a therapist who works great for me. The receptionists always work with my schedule to fit me in at the last minute. The owner, Amy, is always there. It is great to see how involved she is with the business and is very dedicated to her staff. I have been to a few other Downtown Spas and they do not compare to Elements-Cherry Creek!
