Still waiting very slow workers
Absolute disaster with dropped trailers everywhere. Floor loading at it's slowest. The guy beside me said he arrived at 9 AM. He left at 4 PM. I arrived at 12 PM and it's now 6 PM and they haven't even started on me. There are 2 trucks that were here before me that are not loaded. The broker sent me a new rate confirmation with layover + detention to drop my trailer and still make my delivery appointment. I dropped my trailer and went home because I happen to live in Dallas. Very nice & friendly people to deal with! Very easy pickup! A bit tight if not used to it (warning big brand name companies). Lots of dropped trailers. Thank you guys so much! Per our conversation: Whataburger was great!!!
Still waiting very slow workers
Really well hidden but thankfully there are signs on Industrial Blvd to guide you in. Very busy place with a line of trucks today waiting to load/unload. Tight dock to back into with all the cars and the small straight trucks that park behind them and block the way. Folks here are very friendly and do a good job getting the trucks in and out as fast as possible.
