I would never recommend working for this owner.. I work here for three months .. the owner Joanna took advantage of me when I worked there .. Joanna had me cleaning and answering her phone.. she would schedule me to be there all day and when it came down to paying Joanna didn't think she had to.. at our hearing she did tell me " I was lucky she aloud me to work in her salon" and "I wouldnt win" .. the hearing officer did tell Joanna she didn't know how to run a business and if she needed help she could help her.
Stylist refused to wear a mask...not cool.
Joanna has being doing my hair for about a year now and she does a wonderful job. She does a top notch job and if I have issue we are able to discuss and come to a resolution. I highly recommend her and her employee Ashley
Love love love Ashley and the shop is beautiful.
My daughter asked for galaxy highlights and Joanna nailed it! She did an awesome job!
