My experience with Eric was 5 Stars all the way! Not only did he make it to my house in speedy timing when I called him the day of, he went above and beyond the job and took care of minor things with no charge at all. He was very professional and obviously great at what he does. I would call them back in a heart beat, which is what I might end up doing when we go ahead and install the straps on our garage doors. If there was a way to select no stars I would. I had my garage door opener replaced by Element. The technician used too long of screws and drilled through my siding on the front of my house. It would be ok if they would come and fix the issue but management will not return my calls. They say they will call and schedule a time and I never hear from them. I would not use this company for fear that if something goes wrong they will not fix it. I will continue to write bad reviews on this company!!
The procedure of choosing and installing the garage door was smooth all the way. Edward answered all of my questions about size, style, and color of door. He also installed the door professionally, efficiently, and took the time to explain about how to maintain the door itself. A well done and quality job!!
The technician who came out from Elements Garage Door Repairs was very polite and professional. He responded very quickly despite being past hours and got my garage door working.Their charges were very reasonable.He also took his time to show me how to handle my door and answer my questions.I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.
Where do I start… technician was over an hour late to the scheduled appt. I had to call them to find out if he was even coming. He finally showed up with no apologies, and quoted $200 to replace my old garage door opener with one I had just purchased. I assumed this would be a fair price for a professional install. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The technician reused all my existing wiring and mounting brace materials for the new one instead of new materials.
