Habitual liar – Elements Roofing did a re-roofing job for and did not pay the supplier. The supplier put a lien on our property and we were forced to pay off the supplier even though we had paid Elements in full. Since then, Ben has done nothing but lie about when they would pay us back.. So now the only people to profit from this will be the lawyers.

Money Stolen – Elements was overpaid by over $3000 on a job based on simultaneous funding coming in from a mfg.(GAF ELK thru EnerBank) sponsored loan that went directly to them, as well as personal check from me. They committed in writing and numerous times verbally to refund me the overpayment as soon as the loan money was deposited into their account.
