I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean and quiet, and maintenance responds quickly when something needs fixing. Management is friendly and helpful, and I feel safe living here. The location is convenient and close to stores and transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Before I moved out, I paid for a professional move-out cleaning and had the carpets steam-cleaned, and I took photos and videos showing the unit clean and empty. Despite that, management sent me a move-out bill for around $1,000, including roughly: – $200 “apartment cleaning” – $140 “carpet cleaning” – $100 “paint” – $303 for “stove glass” – plus $10.75/month for “insurance” on top of my own renter’s insurance policy.
