Edit: notice how they look you up beforehand. It's a scare tactic they use to not renew your lease. Clearly they should realize this is a resident because I posted a video of their dog poop covered hallways. Also notice how they have no response to the EV charger problem. Also the alarms going off every night for 2 weeks was not an emergency. You even admitted it was an error with the alarm system. You need to stop lying about everything. Mark was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He gave us a tour and immediately made us feel comfortable and genuinely excited about the possibility of living there. He was incredibly detail-oriented and took his time explaining everything thoroughly, answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Ben was awesome. I had several maintenance issues involving my kitchen sink, lights and toilet and he was very polite, considerate and fast!
Mark was amazing and guided us from start to finish for a smooth move in process. He was transparent, friendly & extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We are loving our place now thank you!
