Terrible living experience here—I strongly advise against staying or renting here! 1. Extremely noisy with horrible soundproofing: The room faces the street, and the traffic and roadside noise are unbearable. It's impossible to sleep at all. If you are a light sleeper, stay away. 2. Irresponsible and unhelpful staff: When I reported the noise issue and requested to switch to a quieter room, the staff was completely indifferent and told me that changing rooms would be treated as a breach of contract. Ben did a great job with helping with our clogged sink and bathtub. Incredibly friendly with us and also with our dogs
Had to call maintenance for the shower drain. Benjamin was amazing and very informative. He showed us so many things we did not know about the apartment and tricks with light switches and vents! We appreciated it!
I’ve had a really positive experience living here! The maintenance team is always responsive and does a great job whenever something needs to be fixed. I especially want to shout out Juan, he’s always so kind, professional, and helpful. He makes sure everything is taken care of properly and is always a pleasure to talk to. It’s really nice knowing there’s such a reliable maintenance team here!
