DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Unfortunately a never ending list of recurring and new issues that aren’t properly addressed resulting in an incredibly negative experience. My level of frustration is at all time highs! Looking forward to moving out in a few weeks! To no one’s shock. I’ve attempted to speak to the office multiple times about the ongoing issues and they have not responded! The reply to the google review offering to resolve issues is a marketing strategy. Don’t fall for it!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. this building not only has a major parking issue where residents resort to parking in EV spots and guest parking, leaving no stalls for actual guests, and leasing office is in absolute denial... but also their shady business practices cost me $7K. They allow you to break your lease and you pay until they find a replacement, they fail to tell you they don't put the unit on the website like the rest and in fact I had a few people inquire about the unit and they were told my leasing "it's not available", yet c... read more
