This inspector was hired by a buyer to do a home inspection. He zip tied this electrical shut off card to the panel. The panel was fully up to code and this guy is not an electrician. By him acting unethically it gave the impression there was a problem in hopes of upselling. As per his reply below, there is NO reason to zip tie a card to the electrical panel that states MAIN ELECTRIAL SHUT OFF. Its not your home which gives you no right to secure any form of notice to the home itself. yes, completely unethical.
