I’ve dealt with Eric at elementary property inspections, and all I have to say is what an incredibly knowledgeable person he is! He was able to identify and the steps required to help with my asbestos issue. Very professional and takes his job serious. This inspector was hired by a buyer to do a home inspection. He zip tied this electrical shut off card to the panel. The panel was fully up to code and this guy is not an electrician. By him acting unethically it gave the impression there was a problem in hopes of upselling.
It was a great experience dealing with Eric! He was very meticulous and explained everything thoroughly. He left us feeling confident in our understanding of the property and he was very honest in answering our questions/advice. We greatly appreciate the service that was provided. We would definitely use Elementary Property Inspections in the future.
This is one of the best experiences of my life dealing with such a professional company that goes above and beyond in every aspect. Service was top notch. Plus we asked them to do a final walk through post inspection and they were able to do it on a short notice on a long weekend. Extremely responsive! Highly recommended!
