Had my first cryotherapy today at lunch and it was great. I know a lot of athletes use this for heal time and now I know why, I feel more energy and less sore. I highly recommend this treatment and it was so fast you can do it on your lunch. Try them out you wont be disappointed.

The place is amazing, super clean and warm. Ashley is very professional . Before we started she explained everything to me. I was afraid of the cold temperature but it wasn’t so cold. Next time I will try the floating.
This place was amazing!! My friends threw me a birthday party here last week and it was wonderful. The owners and all the staff were so welcoming and very informative. I really enjoyed my Cryo experience! The atmosphere was so relaxing and super cute & clean! I can't wait to come back with my husband and friends again. Thanks for a fun girls night. I suffer from severe fibromyalgia, which causes both nerve pain as well as lots of painful inflammation, especially at my joints. I did my cryotherapy session two weeks ago, and have had a HUGE amount of pain relief since (as is going from a daily pain “score” of 8/10 to a much more manageable 4-5). Chrissy was awesome, coaching me through the session (it really is cold! Being 30 weeks pregnant and able to float on my back for 60min was a great relaxing experience. With all the aches and pains of the pregnancy I came out completely relaxed and my muscle tension was gone . Highly recommend for everyone to try it out !!!!
