This company went above and beyond any expectations we had. My son used Elemental of Portland Oregon for his system and as a licensed electrician was particularly impressed with their work. So we reached out for a bid and compared them to other vendors here in Bend. Elemental Energy installed the solar panels at our house, and then a year later, installed the home battery at our house. They have been great to work with and the work quality is excellent. Everything looks really great. The first year we had our solar system it produced the exact amount as the predicted production in our quote. The only problem is our roof is not large enough to cover all of our demand. My wife was frustrated in the winter when we started receiving electric bills again.

I don't normally give 5 star reviews, but these guys met all of my expectations and even went beyond what I expected. I dealt with 4 other contractors during the bidding phase, and Elemental came across as the most trustworthy and earnest, able to frankly answer my questions and concerns. The site assessment, design phase, installation, permitting, & scheduling all went smoothly, with only the slightest of hiccups. We have had Elemental Energy install two residential solar projects for us, the first being 11 years ago. It was easy to decide to return with them! Their team is responsive, friendly, efficient and proficient. Every question or concern was addressed and what was important to us became a concern of theirs. My experience with Elemental Energy went way beyond my expectations! Aaron B is one of the most kind, helpful and patient person I know. He guided through the entire process with all my questions answered most professionally. The Elemental Team were excellent, speedy and tidy workers. One day completely installed.
