I don't normally give 5 star reviews, but these guys met all of my expectations and even went beyond what I expected. I dealt with 4 other contractors during the bidding phase, and Elemental came across as the most trustworthy and earnest, able to frankly answer my questions and concerns. The site assessment, design phase, installation, permitting, & scheduling all went smoothly, with only the slightest of hiccups. We have had Elemental Energy install two residential solar projects for us, the first being 11 years ago. It was easy to decide to return with them! Their team is responsive, friendly, efficient and proficient. Every question or concern was addressed and what was important to us became a concern of theirs. Elemental Energy is exceptional--respectful, very effective, friendly, informative and, ABOVE ALL, HONEST. Not to mention, exceptionally reasonable pricing! They just completed a 13 panel solar array, worked well with us, and PGE, honored our questions and concerns and followed up in an amazingly timely fashion. Out of 5 stars, they deserve 10!!!
Elemental was fantastic to work with on our recent solar panel install! They answered all our questions at every step, and did a fantastic job with the installation. I would highly recommend them if you're considering solar in the Portland area.
