It took almost a week for someone to get back to me about even scheduling an appointment. They said they had to run my insurance which I was fine with. When I finally got a call back they said I had lengthy paperwork I had to fill out online prior to my first appointment. When I looked on their website the form online was their own intake form for new patients. The first time we made an appointment for our 6 year old son to meet with Saulena Antanaviciene at the Elemental Center(Warrenville location) she she called out sick. The second time, we arrived at the office 30 minutes early to fill our paperwork and the doors were locked. When I called the office they told me that she had quit a few days before and they had tried to contact all of her appointments and they were very sorry for the inconvenience.
