Our daughter turned 7 last week and after asking for her ears pierced for about a year, we said yes. We knew the only place we would go was Elemental. Our older daughter had a consult there months before and it was amazing. We were so absolutely fortunate to get Ella as a piercer. The time she spent making our daughter comfortable was incredible. Di is a magician ✨ not only did she fix my nostril piercing done elsewhere that was inflamed and bleeding, but once it healed she also suggested jewelry that fit well and looks amazing! I won't go anywhere else in Victoria for piercings. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgable and the shop is clean and professional.
Shout out Ella, reopened my septum after 4 years and saved me some pain. Very pleasant experience overall, highly recommend
