Had a very nice experience with Ella getting my helix and tragus pierced two months ago.
Victory and all the kind, fun employees at Elemental are amazing! They all contribute to the process flow and seemed genuinely glad to be there. That can be rare to find in service. But not there. My third visit over nearly a decade and wonderful every time. Thank you for showing up with consistency and consideration. I’ll always recommend y’all!
