My poor niece's move in day was marred by an obviously uncleaned unit. Closet with live cockroaches. Saw a large rat near the pool as she was picking up her gate key that had not been properly activated. The washer flooded their apartment because someone did not properly insert the drain hose. Horrible office "manager" told my sister that she doesn't respond kindly to threats when she said she would be writing a bad review....so I am doing it for her!!!!
