As other reviewers below have stated, this place is the worst. The manager Monique, is so rude and disrespectful it’s hard to imagine she’s in management. Each time I try and contact her she refuses to come to the phone then replies to my emails with a snarky response. Among the issues I have with them are, they have entered my son’s apartment without notice, towed his car without warning (apparently his parking sticker was expired, although they had his plate information on file), threatened to charge me a late fee because ... read more

Was paired up with an unstable roommate that is very inconsiderate and irresponsible about my concerns and about sharing the utilities. Told this office many times to give me a new roommate or move me into a new unit and nothing was done. Fast forward this roommate intentionally threw ice at my door causing me to not feel safe around them, told the office what happened no action was taken except being a “mediator”. RecommendedOur son has lived here three years while attending CSUS, and we feel he is safe and comfortable. The common areas are always clean and in good repair when we visit, and the people in the office have been helpful and pleasant. Our son doesn't have a car, but he can find pretty much everything he needs at Target across the street. The free campus shuttle bus been helpful, especially on bad-weather days, and he can hop on RT Metro to get downtown or out to Folsom. Overall, I don't think he could have made a better choice.

As a mother I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Trust the reviews. Unfortunately, I learned this after my daughter’s lease was up. When my daughter moved in, I took pictures of the unit's water stained ceiling, scratched/chipped trim work, stained/scratched furniture and not so clean bedroom. Once the lease was up, I again took pictures of the unit showing no damages, as well as the it’s clean state. Horrible management. Tried to charge excessive cleaning fees upon daughter moving out. Charged for Flea infestation cleaning and she NEVER had any pets living there! Place was filthy when they moved in and they left it spotless w/pix to prove it.
