My four month experience at Element South has been amazing! The managers do a tremendous job at communicating if there is ever an issue. There are regular community celebrations throughout the month to get the residents together. The complex is super clean, safe, and I personally love the valet trash service. Our neighbors have been very friendly and everyone always says hello. It's been a wonderful experience so far and is in a GREAT location as well :)

I’ve been here for almost 6 months and moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made. Pet friendly, the sweetest staff and the nicest neighbors.
Awesome community, beautiful apartment, friendly staff! My husband and I fell in love when we were home-shopping and canceled the rest of our rental visits when we met June, got a tour, and walked through what is now our home. Best. Decision. Ever! Could not be happier with our decision to move to Element South and Charlotte (from the DC area).
Element South works with National Corporate Housing and has been out partner for a few years. They are AMAZING with their customer service, quick maintenance turn around and ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond! Our guest love the staff as well and speak highly of them during their stays with Element South. We recommend them highly!
Absolutely best apartments as far as ease of move in and quality of living!
