This is probably the most beautiful community in Charlotte - lots of lawn and open space to enjoy! The team in the leasing office is outstanding... very attentive to our needs! We love Element South!
Probably the best place I’ve lived. Staff is attentive, barely no turn around time for any service calls. Property is immaculate. Great pool and club house! Wouldn’t live anywhere else in Charlotte.
I love, love, love to live here. The element South become my home from the first day. I like the apartment, office workers are awesome, very friendly and just amazing. I love this community of wall that you can need for comfortable living. I enjoy every single day of living here. Thank you for that.

Just moved in and absolutely love everything about it. The thing that truly won us over is June being as helpful and thoughtful as she is! Very welcoming atmosphere and the homes are beautiful.
Element South is a wonderful place to live. Dana, the community manager- couldn’t be any more amazing. She has a heart for her residents, and it reflects. Valerie, the assistant, is a sweetheart. June, the leasing professional...well, there is no one like her. They are all phenomenal, and I can’t think of any other place I would rather live besides Element South. Not to mention the maintenance team is on top of it 24/7. I love you guys, Element South Team!! ♥️
I found Element South after visiting numerous apartments in Charlotte. I was impressed by the first phone call with June - knowledgeable about the various floor plans and availability. She was quick to help and accommodate. We moved in thinking this was going to be a short lease, but we ended up renewing our lease. Every staff member from the leasing office to the maintenance staff are super friendly and we've had nothing but great experiences with all of them.
