PHENOMENAL! Utterly phenomenal! The hotel is immaculate, serenly decorated and just perfect in every way. The staff are courteous and helpful and don't get me started on the breakfast!! There was an actual chef making egg whites omeletes, a yogurt bar with every mix-in you can think of, and pastries, cereals, oats etc. I told my husband I would visit San Jose just to stay at the hotel! Decent hotel, only criticism is the sink design flaw which causes the water to splatter everywhere. Note that the points earning rate here is lower than other “modern” Marriott hotels despite rooms costing a similar amount, but it does have free breakfast though.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great service. Will be back. Staff is very accommodating. Hotel is managed amazingly. Every inch of the rooms and the lobby are absolutely spotless and maintained so well. Everything felt brand new. Kitchen was so clean. Looked never used. So impressed by this hotel.
As a Marriott member, my stay was comfortable overall. My room was on the 5th floor facing the airport, but the noise was not too noticeable, even during the daytime. I really appreciated the filtered water jar, as it’s often hard to find cheap, clean drinking water while traveling. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient for a quick bite. From the airport, it took about 5 minutes by Uber and cost around $10.
