I have come to this salon multiple times -- I use to see Lindsay, mainly. Great atmosphere, stylists are amazing my one and only gripe has been the person at the front desk (repeatedly) has not always been the politest/most welcoming. Calling to schedule or set up an appointment and the person doesn't even ask your name nor seem to sound like they care. I would just book through my stylist. I am loyal to this place. I have been going to Katie Mehl for years. And now I see Robin as well for massage. Love it all.
Two times I went here, I was left waiting in the lobby for over 25 minutes because the stylist forgot my appointment. Even though I confirmed the day before. Worse yet, the salon owner expressed she did not care that a customer had a bad experience and it was not her problem. Terrible.
This is a great salon, the atmosphere is very relaxing. My stylist Amanda did a great job with my hair. She is always up on the latest trends and she gives me tips on how to style and maintain my locks. Love the way she can suggest a cut that compliments my features.
Christina did an AMAZING job on my nieces hair for her 18th birthday! She listened to what she wanted and made it happen! We were so excited to get it done but a little nervous too as she was getting dark purple and dark pink ombré. But Christina made us feel at ease and we couldn't be happier. She also was able to give my sister a quick color in between! Thank you so much. Marcia did a great job with my hair as well! I love that I can sit there and just relax knowing that she will take good care of me. Happy customers here!
