Great experience. Our roof was damaged in a hail storm and element made navigating insurance and selecting our roof shingles easy and seamless. They even navigated around our travel schedule so we came home to a brand new roof.
We recently had our roof replaced with Element Pros and had a really great experience. The whole team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Ronny and Daniel explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and made the process much easier than we expected. I’ve known Ronny for over 15 years, and one thing has always been true, he absolutely knows roofing and takes tremendous pride in his work. Very professional and honest
We had a wonderful roofing experience with the entire team from Element Pros! After a hailstorm, Ronny and Nick provided the free inspection, filed the insurance claim, worked with the insurance company and finalized the claim without my having to complete any forms. They were always responsive to emails and phone calls. On installation day, the crew worked from 7:30-7:00 and we now have a beautiful new roof and gutters!
