I recently had a roof installed by ELEMENT PROS and I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and especially how they cleaned up afterwards. I recommend ELEMENT PROS to the fullest
Made contact with the company three times for a quote for roof replacement. First contact was 11/26. It’s now 12/16 and have yet to receive a call back. Attempted to call today and the representative was rude and unhelpful.
I worked with David Parker with Element Pros after a devastating storm hit Augusta very unexpectedly. He is without a doubt one of the most professional and nicest contractor representatives I have ever dealt with. He did everything he promised and took the burden of dealing with my insurance company off my shoulders. I now have a beautiful roof and no stress from the process. I can’t say enough about David but I have and will refer anyone who needs a roof to him with pleasure. He is an asset to Element Pros!!!
