Element told me they could do a gas pressure test and send an affidavit to the city so I can get hot water turned back on. They came, milked me for extra work, charged me $450 then 3 days later still have not pulled the permit they charged me for or sent the affidavit to the city. When called on this, the woman who answered was very dismissive and lied that they sent it. I still do not have hot water from the flood on 7/11. So much for going with a small, locally,family-owned business 🙄 I set up an appt for work to be done the guy got here late and surprised me saying he would be leaving my job to go do another and come back to finish mine. I was not informed of this ahead of time I did not plan on having to be here all day because you decide to do another job in the middle of mine. First time using this company. Jeff and Kyle were great. Did what they did and got the job done...didn't over charge either. Would use again.
Absolutely phenomenal! I will begin with saying it wasn't the cheapest option, but I had a gut feeling they would take good care of my family. They definitely did! Super nice and helpful. They had me send pictures of my water heater, so they could see how to get it done and gave me a quote right away! Fast and efficient! Definitely will be using them again in the future!
