During our stay at Element Miami Doral (Marriott), a shopping bag worth over $500 “disappeared” from our hotel room. Despite repeated follow-ups, the hotel has not taken responsibility, offered proper compensation, or provided a real explanation for what happened. We stayed up all night because staff told us they were reviewing security camera footage and will come to us with an update. Nice, clean hotel near many restaurants and stores, close proximity to the airport as well. Rooms were clean, well set up, free breakfast in the morning, nice gym, pool. Definitely stay here again!

Si bien Element Miami Doral puede considerarse un hotel adecuado para estancias de negocios, no lo recomendaría en absoluto para familias con niños, ya que no ofrece las condiciones más apropiadas para ellos. El verdadero motivo de mi inconformidad radica en la gestión del depósito de garantía.
