Debbie at the front desk is wonderful, and the MRI tech is professional and pleasant, as well. The issue I’ve had deals entirely with the billing process. I submitted my copay at the time of service, and the balance of my bill was paid out by my insurance company. Almost 1 year later, I received a text message from a company called MyDocBill (Element presumably contracted out their billing) claiming that I owe them the exact amount of my copay. I had a good experience with this place. I was in and out, the facility was clean. The staff were very friendly.

Had a 3:00 appt and arrived at 2:48. Was met with the lady checking me in saying,”you know you’re way early”. She confirmed my 3pm appt and then proceeded to check me in. Only to have me wait until almost 4pm for my MRI. No internet while you wait-dead zone.Just poor customer service. Go anywhere else but this place

Lady at desk was very nice, technician did their best to get me in a comfortable positon. However what good did it do to have an MRI if they didn't send results to prescribing DR or additional Dr I ask to have results sent too. She even confirmed the Dr name and fax!!!! BAD IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE JOB!!!!!!!!!
